Welcome to the Community!

At Adelheid Software, our community is everything. We believe that games are at their best when they bring people together, and we are incredibly grateful for the support and feedback you bring to Adelkrieg.

Because we know our game attracts players from all over the world with a wide variety of backgrounds and perspectives, we have created this Code of Conduct. Our goal isn’t to police your personal thoughts or outside politics, but to ensure that the Adelkrieg community remains a fun, inclusive, and welcoming space for everyone.

We ask that you read and respect these guidelines while interacting in our game, on our forums, and in our official social spaces.

Our Rules of Engagement

To keep our community strong, we ask that you follow a few simple principles:

  1. Respect Your Fellow Players: We expect everyone to treat each other with basic human dignity. Harassment, bullying, and abuse have no place here.

  2. Zero Tolerance for Bigotry: We are building an inclusive community. Hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, and discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

  3. Keep it About the Game: We know our community holds a wide spectrum of political and worldly views. While casual discussion is fine, we ask that you leave hostile real-world political debates at the door. Do not use Adelkrieg as a platform for political campaigning, extremism, or ideological warfare. We are here to play a game.

  4. Protect Everyone’s Privacy: Privacy is an inalienable right. Do not share the personal information of others (doxing), and do not press others for details they have not volunteered.

  5. No Scams, Spam, or Blockchain: As a studio, we strongly oppose blockchain technology, NFTs, and Web3. Promoting, linking to, or spamming the community with cryptocurrency projects, scams, or unauthorized commercial content is strictly prohibited.

  6. Foster Good Faith: Give constructive feedback, help new players learn the ropes, and remember that there is a real human on the other side of the screen.

Enforcement and Accountability

We believe in being as open and transparent as possible. When someone violates this Code of Conduct, our moderation team will take action based on the severity of the offense.

Depending on the situation, enforcement may include:

  1. A Friendly Warning: A reminder of the rules and asking you to adjust your behavior.

  2. Temporary Suspension: A temporary removal from the game or community spaces to allow things to cool down.

  3. Permanent Ban: For severe offenses (such as hate speech, doxing, or repeated harassment), you will be permanently removed from the Adelkrieg community.

Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you always have the right to appeal. We will review the situation objectively and make things right if we made a mistake.
